Use this scale to assign the risk level that most closely aligns with your organization according to the descriptions below.
No risk
No risk assumes that either the organization has a well-used, effectively maintained, and frequently updated system approach regarding the proposed statement.
Low risk
Low risk assumes that there is an associated process for the prompt, but it may not be formally indoctrinated in the organization.
Medium risk
Medium risk assumes that while a formal policy and procedure has been implemented and communicated, it is not consistently followed.
High risk
High risk indicates that the organization has no policies or procedures in place, or no formal communication has been shared, which causes the organization to be open to potential fraud, waste, or abuse.
